Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Magic Motato, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below.
1. Return Window
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The return period starts from the delivery date, not the order date.
2. Products Accepted for Return
- Defective products: Products that are damaged, faulty, expired, wrong, or not working as expected may be returned or exchanged.
- Non-defective products: Products may also be returned or exchanged if the customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, or is not satisfied, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
3. Return Conditions
- The product should be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags, labels, manuals, accessories and invoice, wherever applicable.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer negligence may not be eligible for return.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care, food, perishable, customized, or opened sealed products may be returnable only if defective, damaged, or wrong item delivered.
4. Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for eligible products. Customers can request an exchange for size, variant, replacement, wrong product, damaged product, defective product, or other valid reasons. Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and checked by our team.
- Approved refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery orders, refund may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, wallet, or store credit.
- Shipping or COD charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to wrong, defective, or damaged product delivered by us.
6. How to Request Return, Refund or Exchange
To request a return, refund or exchange, contact our support team with your order number, product name, reason, and clear photos/video if the product is damaged or defective.
