3. Products, Pricing & Availability
We try to keep product details, price, stock and images accurate. Prices and availability may change without prior notice. Product images are used to represent the item and may slightly vary because of screen display, packaging, or batch changes.
4. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to confirmation, product availability and successful payment verification.
- We accept available online payment methods and Cash on Delivery where applicable.
- We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, payment fails, or delivery is not serviceable.
5. Return Policy
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 7 days from the date of delivery. Defective products include damaged, faulty, expired, wrong, or not working products. Non-defective products may also be returned if the customer changes their mind, orders the wrong item, or is not satisfied, provided the product is unused, undamaged and returned with original packaging, tags, accessories and invoice where applicable.
6. Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. For COD orders, refund may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, wallet or store credit.

We accept exchanges for eligible products, including size or variant exchange, wrong item delivered, damaged item, defective item, or other valid reasons. Exchange is subject to stock availability. If replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
