Magic Motato delivers products across serviceable locations in India through our own delivery support and trusted courier partners.

1. Delivery Timeline

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Local Ranchi orders are usually delivered within 1-3 business days.
Other locations in India are usually delivered within 3-7 business days depending on courier availability and location.
Delivery timelines may change due to weather, courier delays, holidays, or remote pin codes.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.
Some products may be eligible for free delivery based on offer, order value, or location.
Cash on Delivery, if available, may include additional handling charges.

3. Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or your Magic Motato account order page.

4. Failed Delivery

If the customer is unavailable or the address/phone number is incorrect, delivery may be attempted again as per courier policy. If delivery fails repeatedly, the order may be cancelled and refund will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
